Join us as Nautilus heads to Antigua for Sailing Week. Yachts from all over the world will arrive in English and Falmouth Harbours to participate in one of the year’s biggest sailing events, the 55th Antigua Sailing Week. Sail out and watch all classes of boats compete, from high performance yachts to more classic designs. Participate in the charter boat races and see how your crew does in the competition! Revel in the energy and camaraderie at the race village… This should be one for the books! More info on ASW’s website.
Welcome to the FIRST Nautilus adventure sailing of its kind in ALASKA! We are sailing a 50’ Voyage catamaran through uncharted waters on Lake Clark in Lake Clark National Park and Preserve in Alaska. No roads go to Lake Clark – access is by float / bush plane only! Not to mention that the flight path takes you past numerous glaciers on your way in and out. Yes, this one is a bit pricey as this is the only sailing vessel on the lake. Stunning mountain vistas, grizzly and black bears, moose, and bald eagles abound! Fish for salmon to throw on the grill… We’ll even share a meal with a local family who still speaks the original native language of the area, and learn about their culture.
We’ll explore the Sardinian coast as we depart from Olbia, with Nautilus’ brand new Excess 14 catamaran as the lead boat! Join other Nautilus’ Alumni for the sailing and culinary adventures that await. This area is famous for their bright-sand, unspoiled beaches, and natural beauty. We’ll sail right up to remote beaches, snorkel coral reefs, and dine at stunning beach-side cafes… Sardinia is truly a spectacular island where jagged mountains meet stunning beaches.
After the amazing time we had in 2022, we’re back for more in 2024! Join other Nautilus’ Alumni on board as we sail from Naples to explore the islands of Ischia, Procida, Ventotene, Ponza, and Palmarola. We’ll dine under the towering presence of the Aragonese Castle, bathe in the hot springs of Sant Angelo, and sample the seafood cuisine of Ventotene. In Ponza, we’ll sample wine made from grapes grown on the hills behind us. And in Palmarola, we’ll snorkel the water caves at Cattedrali di Palmarola – which are stunning crevasses in the rock walls.
This is a different side of Greece – We’ll go off the beaten path of mass tourism that Greece sees every year and discover more traditional, authentic aspects of this beautiful destination. Places like Alimos, Hydra, Spetses, and Poros will allow you to experience first hand the magic of Greece. Picture small white washed villages cascading down to turquoise seas, and long meals in waterfront cafes lingering over delicious food…
Jacques Cousteau called the Sea of Cortez “The Aquarium of the World” and he was right! On this adventure we’ll be sailing to multiple islands, anchoring in some of Mexico’s most beautiful coves and snorkeling in waters teeming with marine life. You can also add fishing, hiking, whale watching, and swimming face to face with sea lions to the list! And, of course, it wouldn’t be complete without a visit to Maggie and Lupe’s little restaurant on the beach in San Evaristo… It still remains one our favorite sailing destinations!
If you’re part of the tribe, you get these for free! Each month we do a webinar and this is a chance to learn about a new destination, or find out more about a particular aspect of sailing.
