Tim Geisler

Lead instructor
ASA 201, 203, 204, 205, 214 Certified Instructor, Outstanding ASA Instructor AWARD 2011 & 2012

Tim grew up in Africa and Spain, but now calls Colorado home. Passions include surfing, snowboarding, kiteboarding, fly fishing and photography. Tim worked in international project management before teaching sailing. He has a wealth of global sailing experience and has sailed extensively in the Caribbean, Mediterranean, Mexico, Fiji, Tahiti, New Zealand and Australia.

Kevin Murphy

ASA Instructor

ASA 201, 203, 204, 205, 206, 214, 218 Certified Instructor

Kevin splits his time between Texas and Alaska. Passions include hunting, fishing, flying floatplanes, SCUBA Diving, skiing and snowboarding. Kevin has sailed in Alaska, San Juan Islands, French Polynesia, Hawaii, the Grenadines, Greece and Sea of Cortez.

Ben Martin

ASA 201, 203, 204, 205, 214 Certified Instructor, RYA Yachmaster Offshore, USCG 100 Ton Captain

Lives outside Seattle Washington. His passions include brewing beer, distilling gin, kiteboarding and travel. Ben traded in his engineering career to sail! He has sailed all through the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Mexico, and Tahiti.

Al Van Dyke

ASA Instructor

ASA 201, 203, 204, 205, 214 Certified Instructor, Outstanding ASA Instructor AWARD 2018

Lives in Colorado. His passions include dual sport motorbikes, kayaking, travel, and mountaineering. Al originally grew up in Minnesota, but headed west for the mountains at 18! He has worked as an outdoor guide, owned an outdoor retail business, and managed a high end ranch. He has sailed in the Caribbean, South Pacific and Mexico.

Tim Jenne

Lives on the Olympic Peninsula, WA State. Passions include cycling, woodworking, travel, hiking and sailing. Tim grew up in the Northwest, raced sailboats, joined the US Coast Guard. He then spent years in the IT business. He has sailed Pacific waters from Desolation Sound to the Panama Canal, Adriatic, Med, South Pacific, Atlantic to the Caribbean.

Dave Bell

ASA 201, 203, 204, 205, 214 Certified Instructor

David hails from the upper Midwest but has been traveling full time with his wife and young kids for three years, first on a catamaran, now in an RV. His passions include travel (obviously), food, adventure, and… sharing those passions! His engineering work now shares time with sailing. He has sailing experience in the Caribbean, Bahamas, US East Coast, and Mexico.
